About Ever Coffee
Who we are
Ever Coffee is a specialty coffee business owned and operated in Orange, in the Central West of NSW. It is run by the people behind Larder & Home in Lucknow, mabels. in Orange and Tuckshop South Orange. The trading entity is MICE Group Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 66 641 341 862).
We started in 2021 in a small coffee shop on Endsleigh Avenue, Orange. Regulars wanted to take the coffee home, so we bagged it. Today the same coffee is poured across our counters and shipped Australia-wide from evercoffee.au.

What we sell
All coffee is 100% Arabica, sold as whole bean or espresso ground. See the full range at /collections/coffee.
- Balaka Blend — our six-origin medium roast; rich, rounded and suited to espresso, filter or plunger.
- Homage Blend — medium-dark espresso blend; chocolate, caramel and hazelnut, built for milk.
- Larder & Home House Blend and mabels. House Blend — the blends poured at our venues, bagged to take home.
- Decaf — single-origin Ethiopia Sidamo, sugarcane (EA) process; juicy berry and soft citrus without the caffeine.
- Single origins — Brazil, Ethiopia Sidamo, Colombia, Peru and PNG Okopa, chosen lot by lot.

- 1kg blends: $54 whole bean, $56 ground. 250g blends: $21.
- Single origins: $23 per 250g.
- Packs: Discovery Pack (3 × 250g: Balaka Blend, Brazil single origin and Ethiopia Sidamo decaf) $59, Two Kilo Pack $99, Home Barista Pack $72, Day & Night Pack $69.

Common questions
Is the coffee fresh?
Yes. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and espresso-ground orders are ground the day they ship. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place and use it within four weeks of opening.
Where is the coffee from?
Our blends are built from origins including Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Honduras, Papua New Guinea and India, and the single origins come from Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru and Papua New Guinea. Ever Coffee itself is owned and operated in Orange NSW.
Do you ship to WA and Tasmania?
Yes, we ship everywhere in Australia at the same $9.95 flat rate, free on coffee orders over $60.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days and email you tracking when the order leaves. Transit time depends on where you are, with regional NSW usually quickest and WA and Tasmania taking longer.
Can I pick up?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect free from Larder & Home Lucknow, Tuckshop South Orange or The Outfitter Orange, with mabels. Orange added from its October 2026 opening.
Do you sell to cafes?
