Where do you ship?
Australia-wide, tracked. $9.95 flat rate, free on full-price orders over $60 (large and bulky items excluded). We don't ship outside Australia yet. Full details in our Shipping & Pickup Policy.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes, free. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from Larder & Home Lucknow, Tuckshop South Orange or The Outfitter Orange (mabels. Orange from its October 2026 opening). We'll email you when it's ready, usually the same or next day for coffee.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account, open Subscriptions and swap, skip, pause or cancel there. No lock-in, no fees. Details are in our Subscription Terms.
What if something arrives damaged or isn't right?
Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace or refund it, and cover the return. Tools can be returned unused within 30 days for change of mind; coffee, being perishable, can't. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
