Where do you ship?
Australia-wide, tracked. $9.95 flat rate, free on orders over $90 (large and bulky items excluded). We don't ship outside Australia yet. Full details in our Shipping & Pickup Policy.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes, free. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from Larder & Home Lucknow, mabels. Orange or Tuckshop South Orange. We'll email you when it's ready, usually the same or next day for coffee.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account, open Subscriptions and swap, skip, pause or cancel there. No lock-in, no fees. Details are in our Subscription Terms.
What if something arrives damaged or isn't right?
Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace or refund it, and cover the return. Tools can be returned unused within 30 days for change of mind; coffee, being perishable, can't. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
