Dispatch

Coffee is dispatched within 1–2 business days. Espresso-ground orders are ground the day they ship. Barista tools ship in 2–4 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves us.

Pickup

Choose your pickup point at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready — usually same or next day during opening hours. Orders are held for 14 days.

Returns

Coffee is perishable, so we can't take it back once it's left us — but if something's wrong with your order, email gday@evercoffee.au within 7 days and we'll sort it. Unused barista tools in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell — see our refund policy for the detail.
