Ever Coffee started in 2021 in a quaint little coffee shop on Endsleigh Avenue, Orange. We wanted a better cup for our regulars, and it turned out they wanted to take it home. Today the same coffee runs across our counters at Larder & Home in Lucknow, mabels. in Orange and Tuckshop in South Orange, and ships Australia-wide from here.

Balaka is the family property outside Orange — the place the name on the bag comes from. We choose coffee by taste, not by number. Balaka Blend is built from six origins for a rounded, sweet cup that works as espresso, filter or plunger. The single origins are chosen lot by lot, with a lighter roast profile so you can tell a Sidamo from an Okopa.
