Balaka is the family property outside Orange — the place the name on the bag comes from. Ever Coffee started as the house coffee at Larder & Home in Lucknow: we wanted a better cup across our own counters, and it turned out our customers wanted to take it home.

We choose coffee by taste, not by number. Balaka Blend is built from six origins for a rounded, sweet cup that works as espresso, filter or plunger. The single origins are chosen lot by lot, with a lighter roast profile so you can tell a Sidamo from an Okopa.
