Shipping & Pickup Policy

We are an Orange-owned and operated business. We ship Australia-wide and offer free pickup from three counters in Orange and Lucknow. All charges below are in AUD and include GST, and are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Delivery charges

• Australia-wide flat rate: $9.95 per order
• Orders of $90 or more: free delivery (calculated on the order value after discounts, before shipping; large and bulky items excluded — see below)
• Subscription deliveries: free delivery on every subscription order of $30 or more
• Large and bulky items: shipped at the bulky-item rate shown at checkout (see below)
• Local pickup: free

We deliver to street addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers (bulky items to street addresses only). We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Large and bulky items

Some barista equipment — for example electric grinders, knock bins, tamping stations, pitcher rinsers, larger storage and kits — is heavy or oversized and costs considerably more to send. These products are marked as bulky on their product page and are charged at the bulky-item delivery rate shown in your cart and at checkout, based on the item and your delivery address. Bulky items are excluded from the free-delivery offer and from any free-shipping promotion or discount code: the bulky-item rate is charged on the bulky item even if your order total is over $90. Any other items in the same order are charged standard delivery as usual ($9.95, or free when those items come to $90 or more). Bulky items are sent to street addresses only (not PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers) and may travel with a different carrier from the rest of your order. Delivery to some remote areas may attract a further surcharge, which we will quote and confirm with you before dispatch; you may cancel for a full refund if you don't accept it. Free local pickup is always available for bulky items.

Dispatch times

• Coffee is dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order. Espresso-ground coffee is ground the day it ships.
• Barista tools and equipment are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Orders containing both are dispatched together when everything is ready.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. We don't dispatch on weekends. Cut-off dates for Christmas and other peak periods are published on the Site in advance.

Delivery times

We send everything tracked with Australia Post or an equivalent carrier. Typical transit times after dispatch are:

• Central West and Sydney: 1–3 business days
• Rest of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD metro: 2–5 business days
• SA, TAS, WA, NT and regional/remote areas: 4–10 business days

These are the carrier's estimates, not a guarantee, but if your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected date please contact us and we will chase it, and replace or refund it if it is lost. You will receive tracking by email when your order is dispatched.

Authority to leave

You can choose "authority to leave" at checkout to have your parcel left in a safe place if no one is home. If you choose this, the parcel is your responsibility once it has been left at your address as instructed. If you do not choose it, the carrier will card you and take the parcel to a collection point.

Local pickup

Choose your pickup point at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready — usually the same or next day for coffee during opening hours. Bring your order number or the email. Orders are held for 14 days.

Incorrect addresses and returned parcels

Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because it was not collected from the carrier, we will contact you; re-delivery is charged at the flat rate. Coffee that has been returned to us after an extended time in transit may need to be replaced with fresh stock before we resend it.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive, we will fix it — see our Refund & Returns Policy. We deal with the carrier so you don't have to. Email gday@evercoffee.au with your order number.
