Bila Blend is Bunji's house signature — a dark roast built from four origins for a cup that's bold, intense and full-bodied, with enough weight to hold its own through milk.
A big, deep aroma up front, then caramel sweetness, a chocolatey, nutty backbone and a subtle lift of red berry fruit. Full body, low acidity, and a long, smooth finish that stays clean and satisfying rather than bitter.
Built for milk. At its best as a flat white, cappuccino or latte, where the coffee still comes through the steam instead of disappearing into it — and just as good straight, or through a bean-to-cup machine, filter or plunger.

Brewing guide
- Espresso: 21g dose, 40ml out, ~30 sec, 92–94°C
- Bean-to-cup: Start at the machine's medium grind; coarsen if the shot runs slow
- Filter / pour-over: 60g per litre, 90–93°C, 3–4 min, medium grind
- Plunger: 70g per litre, 90–93°C, 4 min steep, coarse grind

Returns & guarantees
Anything faulty, damaged or not as described is replaced or refunded, and we cover the return. Tools can be returned unused within 30 days for change of mind; coffee, being perishable and ground to order, can't. Your Australian Consumer Law guarantees always apply. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

How fresh is it when it arrives?
Coffee is dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order and the roast date is printed on every bag. Most of NSW sees it within 1–3 business days of dispatch.
Whole bean or espresso ground?
Whole bean if you have a grinder — it stays fresh far longer. Espresso ground is ground the day it ships and suits espresso machines and stovetops. For plunger or pour-over, choose whole bean and grind coarser, or tell us the brew method in your order note.
How should I store it?
Keep the bag sealed, away from light and heat, and don't refrigerate. Use within four weeks of opening for the best cup. An airtight canister helps — we sell a few.
